Lion's Mane

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a striking white, cascading mushroom named for its shaggy, mane-like appearance. Fresh, it has a long history in East Asian cooking, where its tender flesh is prized for a delicate, seafood-like flavour often compared to crab or lobster. We sell Lion's Mane as an extract in two formats: a powder (60g pouch, 30 servings of 2g) that is mild and earthy, so it does not take over a drink, and capsules (90 capsules, 30 servings of 3) if you would rather not taste it. One mushroom per product.
