Pure Fungi is a UK family business selling organic mushroom extract food supplements, started in 2021 and run today by its founder, Sebastian Totté. Every product is one mushroom, never a blend: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Snow Fungus, all four as capsules and three as powder, each organic and quality tested in the UK. Our story

Our mission is to make high-quality mushroom extracts that fit easily into your daily routine, one mushroom at a time. Every product is one mushroom, never a blend, so you choose exactly which one you buy.

Sebastian first heard about mushroom coffee on a podcast, started adding Chaga and then Lion's Mane to his own, and went on to foraging walks, cultivation workshops and a Facebook page, Fungi News, that grew past 200,000 followers. In June 2020, tired of buying mushroom extracts in single-serve sachets blended with flavourings he did not want, he set out to sell one mushroom, in one pouch, that could go into whatever he was drinking. Pure Fungi launched in 2021 as a family business, and today Sebastian runs it himself. The full story is on our About page.

Specification sheets

A one-page specification for each product: species, ingredient and extract ratio, serving, nutrition, allergens, and the microbiological and heavy-metal limits every batch is manufactured to. These are specifications, not test results for an individual batch.
