Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a glossy, woody mushroom that grows on hardwood trunks. Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is not a mushroom cap but a dark, cracked growth found on birch trees in the cold forests of the far north. Snow Fungus (Tremella fuciformis) is a pale, frilled mushroom with a silky, gelatinous texture, also called silver ear.

How to use

Each pouch is taken as on its own label: 3 capsules once or twice a day, with water, with or without food. Each capsule holds 400mg of extract. Reseal the pouches after use and keep them dry, away from sunlight and heat.

Lion's Mane

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a shaggy white mushroom that grows on hardwood trees across Europe, Asia and North America. Cooked in Asian kitchens for centuries, prized for its delicate, subtly seafood-like flavour.

Reishi

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a glossy, woody mushroom that grows on hardwood trunks. Its taste is deep and bitter, which is why ours comes in capsules.

Chaga

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is not a mushroom cap but a dark, cracked growth found on birch trees in the cold forests of the far north. Dark, deep and earthy in taste.

Snow Fungus

Snow Fungus (Tremella fuciformis) is a pale, frilled mushroom with a silky, gelatinous texture, also called silver ear. A staple of Cantonese dessert soups such as tong sui.
